LaGOna Express Customer App Testing Instructions

Thank you for helping us test the LaGOna Express Customer App. Follow the setup steps, complete the checklist, and send any bug reports with screenshots or screen recordings.

Customer app links

Use the tester program link first. The APK is available as a direct fallback download.

Step 1: Pre-requisites and download

Provide your email first. Before doing anything else, reply to the testing message with the email address you will use for testing. We need to register it in our internal system.

Join the tester program. Open the customer tester program link, accept the invitation, and install the LaGOna Express Customer App from Google Play.

Fallback download. If the Play testing page is unavailable, use the direct APK download link and install the app manually.

Step 2: Testing checklist

Please complete the following actions in the app and report any bugs, lags, or crashes you encounter.

  1. 3.1 Device Check: Ensure the email address you provided is actively logged into the mail client, such as the Gmail app, on the phone you are using for testing.
  2. 3.2 Registration: Open the app and register a new account using that exact same email address.
  3. 3.3 Email Verification: Check your inbox for a confirmation email from LaGOna Express.
  4. 3.4 First Login: Click the verification link in the email, return to the app, and log in.
  5. 3.5 Profile and Location: Go to your profile settings, update your information, and test the Location Feature to see if it accurately detects or saves your address.
  6. 3.6 Shopping Cart: Browse through the available merchants, add a few items to your cart, but do not check out or place the order.
  7. 3.7 Sign Out: Log out of your account to ensure the session ends properly.

Feedback and bug reporting

If you encounter any issue, such as the verification email not arriving, the location feature failing, or the app crashing, please take a screenshot or screen recording and send it with your phone model.

Include the email address used for testing, what action you were doing, and the approximate time the issue happened.
