LaGOna Express Merchant App Testing Instructions
Thank you for helping test the LaGOna Express Merchant App. Follow the onboarding steps, register with your approved email address, set up your store content, and report any issue you encounter.
Scan with your phone camera to join the tester program.
Step 1: Get access and install
Submit your testing email. Give the email address you will use for testing to any LaGOna personnel so it can be added to the internal tester list.
Use the same phone email. Make sure that same email account is actively logged in on the phone you will use for testing.
Join the tester program. Scan the QR code, accept the tester invitation, and install the Merchant App from the Google Play testing page.
Step 2: Merchant testing checklist
Please complete these tasks and report bugs, lags, crashes, incorrect data, or confusing screens.
- 4.1 Register: Open the Merchant App and register using the same email address you submitted to LaGOna personnel.
- 4.2 Verify your account: Check that email inbox for the LaGOna Express confirmation message, then open the verification link sent after registration.
- 4.3 Log in: Return to the app and log in with the verified merchant account.
- 4.4 Add categories: Create product categories that match your test store, such as meals, drinks, add-ons, or bundles.
- 4.5 Add products: Add several test products with names, prices, descriptions, and any required product details.
- 4.6 Validate location: Test the location feature and confirm that it detects, saves, or updates your store address correctly.
- 4.7 Wait for test orders: Keep the app ready for assigned test orders and observe notifications, order details, and order handling behavior.
Feedback and bug reporting
If you encounter any issue, take a screenshot or screen recording and send it with your phone model, testing email address, and a short description of what you were doing.
Please include whether the issue happened during registration, email verification, login, category setup, product setup, location testing, or order testing.
